Workforce attendance · built for the field
Yugandhar is the attendance and field-management system for organisations that run on the ground — security agencies, field operations, schools and hospitals. One tap marks a person present, online or off, and that mark counts the moment it lands.
Everything a field workforce needs
Turn on only what a site runs. A school never sees the shift check-ins a guard agency depends on; the feature simply isn't there.
A person marks themselves present in a single tap. That mark is final and counts immediately — no manager confirmation, no pending state.
CoreEvery mark writes to the device first and syncs when signal returns. A passive "syncing" chip — never a spinner between a person and their attendance.
CorePost people to sites with their own geofence and shifts. Geofences are checked server-side at mark time; night shifts crossing midnight are handled correctly.
Field opsPeriodic presence for lone-worker safety. Proportionate by design and off by default — enabling it is a documented tenant decision.
OptionalLeave, advance, uniform and staffing requests raised from the app and routed to the admin for a decision — approved, rejected or cancelled.
WorkforceIncidents, briefings, night rounds, training and meetings — filed with photos from the field and acknowledged by the admin.
WorkforceMark a lapse — nothing is deducted, it's simply recorded. A penalty stands, is waived by the admin, or is withdrawn by whoever raised it.
WorkforceThe one post-hoc override: a new status with actor and reason. The original mark is never erased, and every correction is audited.
GovernanceTrustworthy by construction
Attendance data ends up in payroll and in disputes. Yugandhar is designed so a record means what it says — and so the wrong person can never see it.
Ordering uses a per-device counter anchored to trusted server time, not the wall clock. A backdated device or a discharged battery can't quietly rewrite the roll — divergence is flagged for a human, not hidden.
Every organisation is isolated in the database itself. Inside an organisation you see only your own part of the tree — a manager sees their whole team, never a peer's.
At each organisation's local day boundary, an unmarked day closes as absent — with the reason attributed. History is immutable: reorganising your teams today never changes what was true last month.
Who it's for
Depth 1 reads "Field Officer" for one tenant, "Teacher" or "Ward Nurse" for another — every heading renders from your own levels.
The fine print

Access is invite-only: your organisation, manager and role are set by your administrator, not by self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the organisation you represent and be at least 18 years old.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access another organisation's data; probing, scanning or testing the security of the Service without written permission; uploading unlawful, infringing or malicious content; or using the Service to harass or unlawfully surveil any individual. Location and image capture must be used lawfully, proportionately and with appropriate notice to the people involved.
As between you and us, your organisation owns the attendance records and other content it submits ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. Your organisation is responsible for the lawfulness of the data it collects and for obtaining any required consents from its members.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the rates agreed in writing with your organisation, exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew for successive terms unless cancelled. Fees are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

This Privacy Policy explains how Event Horizon Pvt Ltd ("Yugandhar", "we") handles personal data in connection with the Service. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), your organisation is the Data Fiduciary that decides why and how member data is processed; we act as a Data Processor on its instructions.
Government identifiers, where collected, are never stored in full — we keep only the last few digits for display and a one-way value for duplicate detection.
We process data solely to provide, secure and support the Service on your organisation's instructions — recording attendance, producing reports, preventing tampering and abuse, and providing support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your organisation is responsible for establishing a lawful basis and for giving members appropriate notice and, where required, obtaining consent — particularly for location and image capture.
We share data only with infrastructure sub-processors that host and store data on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting and object storage), under confidentiality and data protection obligations, and where required by law.
Attendance records are retained for as long as your organisation's account is active or as required by law. Evidence images (selfies) are retained for 90 days by default and then deleted, in line with the storage-limitation principle — records and audit history are unaffected.
Each organisation's data is isolated at the database level, access is scoped to a person's part of the hierarchy, data is encrypted in transit, and reads of a person's attendance are logged. Corrections are recorded and never erase the original.
Data principals have rights under the DPDP Act, including access, correction and erasure. As these requests concern data controlled by your organisation, please raise them with your organisation's administrator; we will assist the organisation in fulfilling them.
Grievance Officer: [Grievance Officer Name], reachable at support@yugandhar.io. We aim to acknowledge grievances within the timelines required by applicable law.
We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.

This policy explains how subscriptions to the Service are cancelled and when refunds apply.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the agreed term — one month or three months — and renew automatically for successive terms until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time by writing to support@yugandhar.io from your registered administrator email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing term; your organisation retains access until then.
Because access is provided for the full paid term, fees for the current term are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time after a term has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, or the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us within [7] days and we will review the situation in good faith.
New organisations may request a full refund within [7] days of their first payment if the Service does not meet their needs, provided it has not been used beyond initial evaluation. This applies to a first subscription only.
After cancellation you may request an export of your Customer Data within [30] days. Following that window, data may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Attendance data is never sold or repurposed.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [7–10] business days.
